The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony with amazing views of Lake Como. The staff were helpful and cute.

A bit challenging to get around.

The hotel is wonderful, it has supper friendly staff who was very attentive and has such a friendly manner. The property offers decent prices, rooms are spotless with large smart TV, fabulous views, as for instance. The pretty good restaurant for breakfast is a nice plus. When I am in Bellagio, I like staying here.

Fine lake views, fabulous rooftop terrace, clean accommodation

Absolutely ridiculous that the shuttle only runs until 6pm!!! The uphill trek from the ferry is exhausting with bags. Soundproofing is inadequate, leading to unwanted noise disturbances. Parking is a nightmare in busy seasons!!!

The fine lake views from my room completely took my breath away. Waking up to that every morning was a highlight. The comfortable room featured a lovely balcony perfect for coffee in the morning. The shuttle service was a lifesaver. Particularly Sabrina. I appreciated her assistance in making restaurant reservations and arranging a private boat tour- the highlight of my trip. On the downside, the mattress was quite hard, leading to some restless nights. I encountered issues with the shower flooding the bathroom occasionally. The breakfast options from the local bakery were good, though more variety would be preferable. I cherished the unique experience but hope for an upgrade in comfort and maintenance.

Amazing views and friendly vibes!

Staying here was super chill! The view from my room's balcony was just wow! Sabrina was such a gem, driving us to town whenever we needed. The walk wasn't bad either. Really pretty. I also loved the in-room breakfast-it was a cozy touch. Just wish there were more dining options nearby, but it's manageable.

The staff demonstrated unmatched friendliness, always going the extra mile with personalized recommendations. The really good lake view from my room made each morning a visual delight, especially with my coffee. Free parking was a huge bonus as well.

The walk back from town can be tiring, particularly if you're not used to hills.

The room we stayed in was super clean and had a modern vibe to it. It even had a balcony or terrace, which was a nice touch. We had a fantastic view from there 😊. the food they served was all locally sourced and there was plenty of options to choose from.
